Dopo aver elencato le numerose virtù dell'aceto è arrivata l'ora di scrivere tutti i fantastici usi del bicarbonato.
Come per l'aceto, a casa nostra non manca mai! Il suo uso è veramente polivalente in tutti i sensi!

Per l'igiene:

• Si possono fare dei sciacqui con 1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato e mezzo bicchiere d'acqua.

• Usatelo per fare il deodorante

• Usatelo come dentifricio sbiancante, basterà metterne sullo spazzolino con un cucchiaino.

• Fate dei bagni caldi per i piedi gonfi con acqua calda e un quarto di tazza di bicarbonato, se lo fate per 15 giorni aiuterà pure ad eliminare i duroni perchè li ammorbidirà.

• Aggiungete mezza tazza nella vasca da bagno per ammorbidire la pelle anche per il bebè o in caso di varicella, aiuta ad alleviare il prurito.

• E' ottimo prima e dopo la barba basterà diluirlo con dell'acqua tiepida e bagnare il viso prima e dopo aver fatto la barba

• Fate uno shampoo con acqua e bicarbonato per una pulizia profonda dei capelli

• Immergete spazzole e pettini, clip e forbici per le unghie, spugne e ogni altro applicatore per trucchi o di bellezza in 4 cucchiai di bicarbonato in 1 litro d'acqua per tutta la notte. Il giorno dopo sciacquate bene a fate asciugare.
• Lavatevi le mani per renderle pulite e morbide sopra tutto se sono sporche di terra o maleodoranti

In cucina:

• Mettetene mezzo cucchiaio nell'impasto della torta alla fine della preparazione al posto del lievito chimico.

• Il bicarbonato è ideale per il bruciore di stomaco, usatelo per digerire mettendone un cucchiaino in un bicchiere d'acqua e bevetelo una volta sciolto.

• Pulite il frigorifero e il congelatore con uno spruzzino di acqua e bicarbonato. 

• Togliete i cattivi odori dal frigo con del bicarbonato in una ciotola.
• Pulite il forno mettendone dentro e pulite con una spugna bagnata
• Pulite frutta e verdura dalla terra, aggiungetene nell'acqua poi risciacquate il tutto
• Pulite termos ed altri contenitori chiusi e biberon con acqua calda e bicarbonato, toglierà odori e residui vari.
• Si possono pulire i ripiani di formica ma anche marmo con il bicarbonato diluito
• Il bicarbonato è ideale per pulire le macchie di caffè e tè da tazze, caffettiere e teiere.
• Pulite grill e teglie da forno e barbecue lasciandoli  a mollo acqua calda e bicarbonato.
• Fate una crema con tre parti di bicarbonato e 1 di acqua per pulire la vostra argenteria. Strofinate e sciacquate via poi asciugate bene.

Pulizia:

•  Se avete gioielli, immergeteli in una ciotola con acqua calda e 1 cucchiaio di bicarbonato  per tutta la notte, il giorno dopo sciacquate strofinando le pietre con un vecchio spazzolino, lo sporco andrà via subito.

• Pulite i pavimenti aggiungendo 2 cucchiai in un secchio d'acqua calda

• Aggiungete 1 cucchiaio nella lavatrice per togliere macchie ai panni
• E' ottimo per pretrattare pannolini e assorbenti femminili mettendoli in un secchio con acqua calda

• Si può creare una crema ruvida con bicarbonato ed una spugna per togliere lo sporco dai lavandini e dai sanitari in cucina e al bagno.

• Pulite i tappeti mettendo del bicarbonato sulle macchie, strofinate con una spazzola e aspirate con un aspirapolvere.
• Pulite la lettiera del gatto. Si può pure aggiungere nel fondo della lettiera uno strato di bicarbonato aggiungere sopra i sassolini cosi da eliminare ulteriormente il cattivo odore del gatto.

• Puliteci pure il secchio dei rifiuti, toglierà i cattivi odori 
• Pulite le tende della doccia
• Mettetene nelle scarpe da ginnastica dopo l'uso per togliere possibili odori
• E' ideale per pulire i mobili da giardino ed i giochi dei bambini di plastica

In macchina:

• Pulite la macchina con il bicarbonato, toglierà macchie d'olio

• Pulite la tappezzeria strofinando bicarbonato e togliendolo con l'aspirapolvere

• Togliete cattivi odori mettendone nel portacenere

Insomma se iniziate ad usare il bicarbonato e l'aceto per pulire casa troverete sempre più usi!

• Take away bad smell in the fridge by placing a bowl with bicarbonate in it.
• Clean the oven by putting bicarbonate in it and clean it with a damp sponge
• Clean fruit and vegetables by washing them in cold water and bicarbonate and rinse out before eating it
• Clean the thermos and any plastic container to take away any bad smells or left over foods and drinks. The same can be done with baby bottles.
• You can clean counter tops in formica or marble, just delute bicarbonate with water and spray, then clean with a sponge
